A comedy by Hanan Savyon and Guy Amir, inspired by the Spanish film “Crazy About Her.” Adar spends a wild and unpredictable night with Daniel, a girl he meets for the first time in his life. At the end of the night, she disappears, and he realizes that in order to meet her again, he must admit himself to the psychiatric institution where she remains. To his surprise, he discovers that the private and luxurious institution employs groundbreaking treatment methods. Through a series of funny and heartfelt encounters, the delicate boundary between sanity and madness is revealed. Will Adar succeed in saving Daniel? Will Daniel succeed in fixing Adar?

One night at a police station in Israel. A black mother is searching for her son, who has been missing for hours. Facing the wall of bureaucracy, she tries to gather fragments of information from internet rumors, profiles, and police theories, which together form a vivid picture of reality in Israel in 2020 for those who were born with the wrong color. Prejudices, racism, and concepts like “excessive policing” and “selective enforcement,” which former Ethiopian immigrants are all too familiar with, converge on this night for a woman who simply wants to know where her child is.
